At Lgobazaar, we aim to deliver fresh and quality products. Due to the nature of grocery and food items, our return policy is limited.
Return Accepted Only If
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Product received in damaged condition
Expired product delivered
Item missing from the order
Issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
Return Not Accepted For
We do NOT accept returns for:
Fresh fruits & vegetables
Dairy products (milk, curd, paneer, etc.)
Cooked / ready-to-eat food
Opened or used products
Change of mind or personal preference
Proof Requirement
To request a return, customers must share:
Without proof, return requests may be rejected.
Replacement Option
If the product is eligible and stock is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a return.
Abuse of Return Policy
Lgobazaar reserves the right to refuse returns from customers with repeated or suspicious return requests.
