1. About LGO Bazaar

LGO Bazaar is a local delivery platform providing access to:

• Groceries

• Vegetables & fruits

Services are available only within supported delivery areas.

2. User Eligibility

By using LGO Bazaar, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or using the service under adult supervision

• You provide accurate and complete information while placing orders

• You are legally capable of entering a binding agreement

3. Account & Order Responsibility

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details

• Orders placed using your phone number or account are considered authorized by you

• LGO Bazaar reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud or misuse

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹)

• Prices may change without prior notice

• Payment methods supported:

  • UPI

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Partial Advance Payment (where applicable)

All online payments are securely processed via Razorpay.

5. Partial Payment & COD

• Some orders may require a partial advance payment

• Remaining amount (if any) must be paid at delivery (COD)

• Failure to accept delivery may result in account restriction

6. Delivery Policy

• Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed

• Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, vendor availability, or technical issues

• Customer must ensure correct delivery address and phone number

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, available separately.

Key points:

• Perishable, food, and medical items are non-returnable

• Refunds are issued only in approved cases

• Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch

8. Product Availability

• Product images are for reference only

• Availability depends on local vendors

• In case of unavailability, items may be replaced or refunded (with customer consent)

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

• Place fake or test orders

• Harass delivery partners or vendors

• Misuse offers, coupons, or refund systems

Violation may lead to permanent account suspension.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on LGO Bazaar, including:

• Logo

• Text

• Design

• Images

• App UI

is the property of LGO Bazaar and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

LGO Bazaar is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Vendor-related quality issues beyond reasonable control

• Delays caused by external factors

Our liability is limited to the order value paid.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We collect only necessary data to fulfill orders and improve service.

13. Changes to Terms

LGO Bazaar reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh courts.
