💸 Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed at Lgobazaar.


✅ Eligible for Refund

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Request is approved

  • Product is unavailable for replacement

  • Order was cancelled by Lgobazaar


❌ Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Fresh and perishable items (unless damaged or wrong)

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch

  • Customer not available at delivery location

  • Incorrect address or phone number provided


💰 Refund Method

  • Online Payments (UPI/Card/NetBanking)
    → Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 working days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    → Refund will be given as:

    • Store credit ( Within 24 hours )


⏳ Refund Timeline

  • Refund approval: within 24 hours

  • Refund processing: 3–5 working days


🚫 Fake Orders & Fraud Prevention

Lgobazaar reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud

  • Block users misusing refund policy

  • Disable COD for repeated fake orders

🔁 Return Policy

  • If the product is eligible and stock is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a return.

  • If any replacement is approved the new item will get delivered to you within 30 min – 3 hours to your registered address. 

  • No exchange / No return will be given
