This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed at Lgobazaar.
Refunds are issued only if:
Request is approved
Product is unavailable for replacement
Order was cancelled by Lgobazaar
Refunds are not applicable for:
Fresh and perishable items (unless damaged or wrong)
Orders cancelled after dispatch
Customer not available at delivery location
Incorrect address or phone number provided
Online Payments (UPI/Card/NetBanking)
→ Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 working days
Cash on Delivery (COD)
→ Refund will be given as:
Store credit ( Within 24 hours )
Refund approval: within 24 hours
Refund processing: 3–5 working days
Lgobazaar reserves the right to:
Cancel orders suspected of fraud
Block users misusing refund policy
Disable COD for repeated fake orders
If the product is eligible and stock is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a return.
